Boho Restore

Boho Yin and Restorative Yoga are essential additions to our fast-paced daily lives. Both styles are gentle and ideal for beginners or anyone interested in exploring them. Each class covers only a few poses, with slow transitions between them. While the gentle pace and prolonged holds often lead to comparisons between yin yoga and restorative yoga, there are several key distinctions between the two practices. Yin yoga involves active stretching, whereas restorative yoga aims for complete support from props, allowing for only passive movements or stretches.

In yin yoga, the emphasis is on stretching the connective tissues, while in restorative yoga, the focus shifts to relieving mind-body tension and fostering a healing state for the nervous system.
